By using Hishabi, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old.
1. MVP early access
Hishabi is an evolving Android MVP. Features may change, and the app may contain errors, interruptions, or incomplete behavior. OTP verification is mocked; Hishabi is not a verified online account.
2. Permission to use Hishabi
Greytech Lab gives you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use Hishabi for personal or your own business purposes. The app, logo, illustrations, and copy remain the property of Greytech Lab or their respective rights holders.
3. Your responsibilities
- Enter accurate information and verify results.
- Protect your phone and screen lock.
- Keep another copy of records you cannot afford to lose.
- Use the app lawfully.
- Have an appropriate basis for storing another person's name or number.
4. Not financial or accounting advice
Hishabi explains recorded cash movement. It does not determine profit, loss, tax, financial health, bank balance, creditworthiness, or unrecorded cash and is not professional accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice.
5. Data, backup, and recovery
Primary records stay on the phone. Android or a device provider may perform best-effort backup under your settings, but Greytech Lab does not guarantee backup or restore completeness, timing, or availability. The current MVP has no Greytech Lab-managed online backup or remote recovery.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not compromise app security, distribute harmful code, infringe rights, act unlawfully, misrepresent identity, or attempt to damage the service.
7. Availability and changes
Greytech Lab may change, limit, or discontinue the MVP. We will try to note important changes but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
8. Warranty and liability
To the extent allowed by law, Hishabi is provided “as is” and “as available.” Greytech Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from lost data, incorrect decisions, business loss, missed reminders, or third-party backup failure. Rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Bangladesh law
Subject to mandatory consumer rights, these Terms are governed by Bangladesh law and disputes are subject to the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
